Bruno Stembaum

Managing Director, Medical Technology Investment Banking
Bruno Stembaum is a Managing Director in the Healthcare Investment Banking Group at BofA Securities. Mr. Stembaum joined BofA in 2009 in Brazil and relocated to New York in 2015 to focus in MedTech. Over the last 16 years, Bruno has done extensive work with both private as well as publicly listed firms on M&A transactions, equity and debt financing. Mr. Stembaum received a B.S. from Escola de Administração de Empresas de São Paulo EAESP-FGV.

Cheyenne Begley

Healthcare Investment Banking Associate

Cheyenne Begley is a member of the Healthcare Investment Banking Group at BofA Securities. Ms. Begley joined BofA in 2024 and has 5+ years of experience working in the Med Tech industry, including at GE Healthcare and Integra LifeSciences. Ms. Begley received a BS in Bioengineering from Lehigh University, an MEng in Biomedical Engineering from Cornell University, and an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.
