Your board of directors may be one of your company's most undervalued and underutilized assets.
The right board can do far more than fulfill fiduciary responsibilities or represent major shareholders. An engaged, well-constructed board can shape strategy, challenge assumptions, open doors, attract capital and talent, navigate critical decisions, and ultimately accelerate the value of the company.
Join NEHEN for a practical discussion with experienced board members, investors, and CEOs who have built and worked with boards that became meaningful contributors to company success.
Our panel will share lessons learned from both sides of the boardroom table, including what makes a board highly effective, where boards can go wrong, and how CEOs and directors can build relationships that create lasting value.
Following the panel, join us for a moderated Q&A and the opportunity to continue the conversation with executives, investors, entrepreneurs, and board members from across the NEHEN community.
