Program Description
Raising capital is always challenging yet essential. Whether you’re advancing a promising new cancer therapy or developing a breakthrough medical device, securing significant funding is crucial to moving forward.
How do you decide whether to raise new funds, sell assets, cut expenses, or pursue an IPO? What options are realistic at different stages of the invention-to-commercialization process? How do inflection points influence these decisions, and how should the funds you raise be deployed?
CEOs and venture/PE investors from across the medTech and pharma sectors will share their experiences navigating these tough choices. The panel will discuss the importance of reaching key inflection points and risk-reduction milestones in the fundraising process, as well as different sources of capital at each stage of the development cycle. You will hear about the different perspectives of founders, existing investors, and new investors at each stage of development. You’ll also learn how the roles of management teams and boards evolve over the development and funding cycle.
Attendees will gain firsthand insights into how these leaders made critical funding decisions for their companies and investors—and what outcomes resulted from those choices.
Join us for an exceptional opportunity to hear from seasoned industry leaders as they share valuable strategies and critical insights into fundraising and navigating key inflection points in the development cycle.
