Healthcare Transformation: Aligning Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Care

Healthcare systems are under growing pressure to reduce costs, strengthen supply chains, improve operations, and stay competitive while continuing to deliver high-quality patient care.

Join NEHEN on June 1 for a timely discussion and explore how healthcare and life sciences organizations are using smarter manufacturing, supply chain, and operational strategies to drive efficiency, lower costs, and improve resilience across the care continuum.

Our panel will discuss:

  • Building stronger, more efficient healthcare supply chains
  • Reducing waste and lowering costs across operations
  • How operational priorities are shaping purchasing decisions and partnerships
  • The link between innovation, resilience, and competitive advantage
  • Real-world examples of change from healthcare systems and industry leaders

Featured speakers include leaders from:

  • Thermo Fisher Scientific
  • Lahey Hospital & Medical Center
  • Sustainable Purchasing Leadership Council

The discussion will be moderated by Cliff Emmons, President & Founder of Accelerated Healthcare Innovations.

As always, the program will also provide a great opportunity to reconnect with peers across the NEHEN network.
