Healthcare Sustainability: Aligning Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Care

Strategies to build resilient, efficient, and environmentally responsible healthcare systems

NEHEN is pleased to present a timely discussion on healthcare sustainability across the full value chain—from manufacturing and supply chain operations to patient care delivery.

As healthcare organizations face increasing pressure to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and meet environmental and regulatory expectations, sustainability has become a strategic priority rather than a standalone initiative. Leaders are now being challenged to align operational
decisions with clinical outcomes and long-term system resilience.

This program will explore how organizations are integrating sustainability into core business and care delivery strategies, and what it takes to execute effectively across complex healthcare
ecosystems.

  • Key Topics Include:
  • Aligning manufacturing, supply chain, and clinical operations around sustainability goals
  • Reducing waste, cost, and environmental impact across the healthcare value chain
  • Building more resilient and transparent supply chains
  • The role of sustainability in operational efficiency and risk management
  • Balancing regulatory requirements with innovation and growth
  • Measuring impact: to real-world outcomes

Hear from experienced leaders across healthcare, industry, and operations as they share practical strategies, lessons learned, and real-world examples of how sustainability is being implemented today.

Following the panel discussion, join us for a moderated Q&A, where attendees can engage directly with the speakers and explore key challenges and opportunities in greater depth.
